Skipping Initial Device Synchronization

Only perform these steps if you have no existing data on your DRBD devices. We assume you have completed the steps up to and including step 11 in Configure DRBD.

Before promoting the DRBD resource to primary, generate a new UUID and clear the bitmap on the primary Walrus ONLY.
```
drbdadm -- --clear-bitmap new-current-uuid r0
```
On the same Walrus, promote the resource to primary:
```
drbdadm primary r0
```
Resume the configuration at step 15 in Configure DRBD.
